Delete your account

You don't need us for this. Open the app, go to Settings → Delete account and confirm. Everything is erased immediately — your profile, the hangouts you host and their chats, your direct messages and your sign-in. It cannot be undone. The full detail is in the Privacy Policy.

Report someone

Every profile and every hangout has a Report action inside the app, and you can block a user outright from their profile. Reports come to us and nowhere else, and the person is never told who reported them. If it's urgent, email us as well.

Common questions

I'm not seeing any hangouts

Check that location permission is on — Settings → Yallameet → Location. The feed sorts by how far away things are, so without it there's nothing to sort. Also widen your search radius in the app's own Settings; the default is deliberately tight.

I'm not getting notifications

Two things to check. First, notification permission in iOS Settings → Yallameet. Second, quiet hours: Yallameet holds every push between 00:30 and 08:00 in your local time, on purpose. Anything sent then is waiting for you in the app.

I can't open a hangout's chat

Group chats are only open to the host and the people actually let in. If you've asked to join a plan that needs approval, the chat opens the moment the host says yes.

Someone didn't turn up

After a hangout ends the host marks who actually came. That's what builds each person's turn-up rate. If a host is marking people falsely, report them.

Can I get my data?

Yes. Email amer.sarhan@gmail.com from the address or phone number on your account and we'll send you everything we hold within 30 days.
